"Easy exchange and no hassle"
I accidentally ordered the wrong size moccs for my daughter and thought exchanging them might be annoying, but it ended up being super easy. The return page was simple to use and I got updates quickly
The new size showed up faster than I expected, and I didn’t have to follow up or chase anyone down. It’s such a relief when returns aren’t stressful, I’d definitely shop here again

"My order showed up a bit later than..."
My order showed up a bit later than I was hoping, which was kind of annoying, but also not a huge deal. The tracking actually worked fine the whole time, and everything arrived in good shape, so I can’t really complain too much. Overall, it was good, I guess.

"Better than I expected"
After I paid I started getting a little suspicious and wondered if it was actually going to be worth it. But once it arrived, I was pleasantly surprised. The quality is good for the price, and I feel like I got my money’s worth.

"I wanted to like these more because the..."
I wanted to like these more because the colors are actually nice, and the overall idea is cute. But for the price, the designs felt a little too plain to me. They’re not bad at all, just maybe not really my style and a bit more simple than I was hoping for.

My kids wear these almost every day and, uh, they still look really good. I’m surprised at how well they’ve held up.

"Cute, but didn’t hold up as well as I hoped"
I really liked the look of it when I first got it, and it’s definitely cute in person. But after using it for a short time, I noticed the leather started scuffing faster than I expected. It’s still usable, but the quality feels just okay to me.

"Soft and comfy for my little one"
These are really soft, and my baby seems totally comfy in them. He’s worn them for hours at a time, even through a nap, without any fussing or pulling at them. The fit was good too, not too tight around the little legs. I’m really happy with them.

"Customer service was easy to deal with"
I had a little issue with my order, so I sent customer service an email. They replied quickly, I think within the same day, and got it sorted out without turning it into a whole thing. The first response could’ve included a bit more detail, but they were friendly and followed through, so overall I was happy with how it turned out...

"Cute, but the sizing was kinda off"
It’s really cute, but it run smaller than I expected. I had to exchanged it for a bigger size, so just keep that in mind when ordering.
